How do you ensure the freshness of pastries during shipping?
All items are baked to order and flash-frozen before being packed in insulated thermal liners with dry ice or gel packs to maintain the perfect temperature until they reach your door.
Where do you ship your products?
We currently offer nationwide shipping across the United States. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the perishable nature of our products.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date for a special event?
Yes, during the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days prior to your event to account for any potential carrier delays.
Do you offer gluten-free or nut-free options?
While we offer products without flour or nuts, all of our pastries are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my pastries once they arrive?
Cannoli shells should be kept at room temperature, while fillings and cream-based cakes should be refrigerated immediately. Detailed storage and serving instructions are included in every box.
